Delivery & Shipping Policy
You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made, is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient), any extra cost incurred by the Company for re-delivery shall be claimed from You and You shall bear such expenses. Further, the Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling of any third-party delivery services provider in transit.

If the Company is unable to deliver such ordered products due to any reason, the Company will refund such amount through the same online mode of payment made by You or will give credit in the form of deposit in Your account for the amount received from the sale of such product, that could not be delivered to You, within 90 (ninety) business days.

You will be required to enter a valid phone number, email id while placing an order on the Website. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by the Company via phone calls and / or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. The Company may use Your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS’ unless expressly denied by the User.

Monthly Subscriptions T&C

1. For Products Damaged in Transit: Before each ADDYSSEY BAG is shipped, we do numerous rigorous quality checks to eliminate the chances of a damaged product being shipped. In the rare event that a product from your monthly / quarterly / yearly ADDYSSEY BAG is accidentally damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with another piece of the same. Please note that the issue has to be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery of your ADDYSSEY BAG via an email to info@addyssey.com with a picture of the damaged product. We require a picture to source a replacement from our brand partners that we then ship out to you.

2. Address Change Requests For Ongoing Subscriptions: We accept address changes for a month's ADDYSSEY BAG before 15th of the previous month. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we will not be able to accept any address changes after this date as your bag would have already been processed & procured. If you are unlikely to be available at the address on record, you can drop in a request for us to hold your shipment and ship it out with the next month's delivery. In case your order has left our warehouse reshipping service charge of [Write Pricing] will be applicable for address change after the timeline specified.

3. Shipment Hold Request Ongoing Subscriptions:

    • Ongoing subscriptions - We accept requests to hold a shipment and dispatch it after a specific date only if they are communicated to us before the 15th of the previous month.

    • New Subscriptions - Order Hold Requests for new subscription should be updated via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email to info@addyssey.com with details of your request. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we are unable to accept shipment hold requests after the 15th of each month.

    • Returned Bags: For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to the inability of the member to accept the parcel (member unavailable, out of the station, incomplete address, member shifted, etc.) we will reship the bag with the next month's bag. All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us are reshipped only after the payment for the same is made online.

    • Product Missing: In case you do not receive any product in your bag please mail us at info@addyssey.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will ship the missing product to you at our earliest.

    • Undelivered Shipment: In case you do not receive your subscription bag please mail us at info@addyssey.com before 15th of the next month so that we can check with our courier partner and investigate the same. We will resolve your query at the earliest.

Terms of Use

Addyssey.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the service. 5. Replacement policy

1. Eligibility for Replacement:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are here to assist you. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, tried, or used. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must meet the following criteria:

    The product must have been received by you in a damaged or faulty condition.
    The complete packaging, labels, and stickers of the product must be intact and unaltered.

2. Damaged Product Reporting:
To initiate the replacement process, please follow these steps:
a. Within 15 days of receiving your order, log in to your account on our website.
b. Navigate to the "Order History" section.
c. Select the order containing the damaged product.
d. Click on the "Request Replacement" option next to the damaged item.
e. Upload clear and detailed photos of the damaged product, showcasing the issue.

3. Return of Products:

If your replacement request is approved, you will be required to return the damaged product to us. Please ensure the following:
       The damaged product must be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the order.
       Include all original packaging, labels, stickers, and accessories with the returned product.

Please note that we will send the product to replace with your next subscription courier if the subscription is active or will send the product to be replaced in 15 days of receiving the damaged product.

Please note that this replacement policy is subject to change and may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review this policy before making any returns. By requesting a replacement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

6. Cancellation Of Order
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under a situation where the Company is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy of the Company or order has invalid address/incorrect information or for any other reason. However, the Company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund for such cancellation, will be made within 90 (ninety) business days as set out in the paragraph relating to Purchases in these Terms and Conditions .
